Summary

Summary

From January to August 2024, I led a team of 3 (including one other designer and one developer) in crafting and deploying an interactive map at the Alf Engen Ski Museum located in Park City, Utah. This map was deployed onto a touch-screen interface as an informative exhibit on the museum's second floor dedicated to the 2002 Winter Olympic Games that took place in Salt Lake City, Utah.

While holding the position of Team Lead, I coordinated efforts between my team and the stakeholders. I also was responsible for scheduling meetings, delivering assets, and other Project Management tasks. In addition to leading the team, I also worked as a UX Designer on the project, completing research, strategizing functionality, crafting designs and layouts, and handing off designs to the developer.

As development continued, I (and the other designer) continued to iterate and improve aspects of the product from start to finish. The completed product is on display at the Alf Engen Ski Museum and continues to educate and excite the general public about the prospect of hosting another Winter Olympic Games.
